I searched but couldn't find the answer. Can someone tell me if the Warn front hitch 63570 mounts under the air dam or in the bumper where the tow hooks are? I don't like the low clearance of the Curt and Drawtite ones for my 2004 1500. Thanks.

 

tow hook area, you actually use the tow hook mounts and yes every Curt hitch I've ever seen for any vehicle mounts way down too low, even the Jeep models, must be why they are so cheap...

 

I used to have the Warn Trans4mer and loved it but it wasnt a hidden winch
