Any halogen headlight bulbs that are colored will not be as bright as a clear bulb. I just installed Phillips Extreme bulbs and I like them a lot. Much brighter then stock.

I have PIAA bulbs and they are pretty bright. Probably not as bright as HIDs, but they are super bright compared to the stock ones that were in there

Hands down HIDs are the brightest out. All you need are these to plug in on the drivers and pass side

^^^ If that is to me, yeah you still need a full HID it with a harness, ballasts and bulbs but those resistors also play a key part in tricking the PCM and keeping the lights from flashing and the Lamp Out off

Ya I've been trying to get the harness with the resistors so I can plug that into my hids. They won't work without the resistor kit. I'm sick of tryin to find a kit for them so I was just going to by some bright blue lights instead
