Default Wiper fluid is getting into my engine coolant! Please advise!

I got home from work and checked a few things under the hood. One thing I noticed was that there was some residue of wiper fluid around the top of the wiper fluid container. I decided to check around and noticed there is a small amount at the very bottom of my engine coolant container. Is this harmful? Should I worry about getting it fixed ASAP? When I had my oil change done at the dealer, they "Topped it off" and now there's a LOT of wiper fluid in the wiper fluid container. They filled it very close to the lid. Could that be possibly why it's spilling out? I only see the wiper fluid around the top of the container around the cap and no where else.

Sorry, that's not possible. The wiper fluid system is completely external. I fill mine "to the brim" every time I add wiper fluid.

If the dealer's tech is so stupid as to put wiper fluid in the coolant reservoir, it isnt' a big deal, but it IS time to DIY these simple maintenance tasks.

Lol, I didn't ask him to do it and I believe there was some already in there ( like half the container ). So there's no harm in that little bit being in there? I can see it like settled at the bottom of the container of engine coolant.

How do you know its wiper fluid in the coolant? Could it just be a little discoloration of the degas bottle? I would think that if the 2 were mixed they would just mix with each other, im confused though by you saying it is settled on the bottom.

Yeah I would think Coolant would be heavier(more dense)than windex water.
