Power Sliding Window Sticks Sometimes
I have a 2006 that came with a power sliding rear window and sometimes when I open it, leave it open for a while it will not close. I will have to shut down my truck and turn it back on for it to work again. Its not a major problem but it sure is annoying. It only happens once in a great while. Could it be a bad ground?
I had a similar problem with my Dodge Durango and I called Power Window Repair in Orlando because I live there. He informed that it is important to use a spray silicon spray about every 90 days in the side channels on the left and right. He recommended PB Blaster, but can be any kind of silicon spray. DO NOT USE WD40.
If you have other power window repair problems you can reach Bob there at 407-415-5401. He actually gives free tips and advice and is very upfront and honest. He also has a website at powerwindowrepairservices.com. They sell window repair parts way cheaper than AutoZone and such and the best part is they have free shipping.
