Steering wheel fitment questions

Has anyone with a 2002 or 2003 installed a 2004+ steering wheel in their truck? I read on another forum that it fits ok.

I'm just wondering if I would need a new airbag, clockspring, and cruise switches. I figure I probably need them but I thought I would see if anyone has done this.
