Default thump-thump-thump from front end?

Hi everyone,
I was looking for some help diagnosing what this could possibly be in my 2003 Ram. It's a thump-thump-thump sound from the front end of my truck. It quiets down when I turn to the right and almost goes away entirely when I turn to the left, and it speeds up and slows down with the speed of the truck.
I just had a wheel bearing replaced and some other front-end work (control arm, ball-joint).
The noise is also awlways present, whether the brake is on or not.
I'm thinking it's a CV-related issue?
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Sounds like a bad tire. Could be a flat spot, a broken belt or a tire ready to blow. Try rotating the rears to the front and the front to the rear. Could be a CV, but if your shop was worth it's salt, it would have found it. At least moving the wheels do not cost anything.

Good luck
