Default pissed off

Ok here it is I'm one pod dodge owner and now begans my fight.
I lost my right tie rod link on my truck, backing up in my drive way, wow had I been on the road it would have been bad, now the fight is one with chrysler canada as I'm not under the recall that is out.
Please park your 2500 rams and save a life.

There is a recall on tierods for HD rams. You really should have had that done before it failed.

My vin is not part of that recall, no notice from chryser, anothier dodge owner with a 08 ctd told me, this weekend while I was visting in leftbridge and that letter includeds my year, my dealer was oh so sorry my vin is not included, so I fight with chrysler canada.

F thing went backing up in my drive way, poped off from the hub.

I put 700 km on this truck in the last three days, its F up as I might as well been driving dead, left wheal is opposite of the right, yup loss of stearing control.

1500 models are the same.
I had been hearing a popping sound, for a couple of months underneath my left front end.
Checked my tie rod end and it literally came off in my hand.
These non service for life ball joints are CRAP!!!

Dam I'm still mad, I have owned over the hill, beat down trucks and never lost a tie rod, ever, so I spare the anger and seek constrctive means of rational action, pretty sure I will be looking to the after market for new stearing and drive line componant, dam its like owning a ford all over again!

My last truck was an F-150 and that thing went through tie rods like the Hemi goes through gas. Fortunately they always seemed to go while in a parking lot or driveway.
Good luck with the dealer.

Sorry 'bout my post above... didn't mean to sound like an axx... was on my blackberry and just typing a short message..

Anyhow, ya, I guess some trucks are affected, others aren't... I'd be pissed if my truck lost a tie rod like that. I've been lucky... all my recalls have been done pre-failure, so as far as I can ascertain, my truck has been very reliable and I'm not afraid of it. Thinking of the deerfoot and losing a tie rod though sends shivers down my spine.
