Potential Tranny problem?

This is the second time this has happened to me on consecutive Fridays.
Get done playing a round of golf 3-4 hrs...jump in to the truck ,start it up back out of the parking spot, put it in Drive and nothing! Feels like I'm in Neutral. Put in Park rev the engine slightly and try again, then it engages but kinda of harsh w/a clunk.
Shifts fine afterward w/ no ill affects.
Fluid is fine: color, smell and amount.
Anybody experience this?
Truck has 54.000 on it and is up to date on its maintenance and drive it everyday.

Common problem, mine has done it since 70k (now 120k). No ill effects. Your torque converter is just draining back into the pan. You can get it fixed if it really bugs you, but it does no damage to your trans. Just kind of annoying, as it usually takes 5-10 seconds to engage into gear.
