Default Vent system not working

I have an 02 Dodge Ram, when I turn my vent or climate control on, the fan runs full blast, but no air comes out of the vent.
Does anyone know what the problem is or how to fix it?
It seems to me like the electronic louvers to direct the air aren't opening.

Sounds like the blend doors are busted. Do you hear any noise when you set the vent settings?

No I don't hear any noise when I move the dial, is there a solenoid or relay in line on the blend doors that might be bad?

How do I go about fixing this?

Thanks

Take the blower motor/fan out and reach up in the hole and see if the blend door is laying over the hole. Mine was laying there and the fan could not suck any air in to blow out.
