Default Loss of Power. O2 codes thrown.

Ok so I got a 2006 dodge ram quad can lone star edition

Mods to date are:
Cai
Pacesetter long tubes
Magnaflow high flow cats
True duals running flow 40 mufflers
Super chips 3865 updated and transmission tuning


Dodge has put 3 transmissions in this truck since I have owned it for 50 thousand miles. The first one crapped out. The second one they put a used on in. And this third one is supposed to be brand new.

Before the 3rd one I was running 9.3-9.4 second 1/8 miles. Then after the third one I'm at 10.2. And the low 9's were dead summer Texas heat

I have lost so much power after this last transmission install. I have done the plugs. Did the new exhaust with cats and all 4 new o2 sensors. The long tubes. And still only. Can pull off a 10 if I'm lucky. Truck lost all it's *****. Inspections been out for a while cause I got the downstream fuel system 2 lean code. On my data logging that o2. Sensor only reads under heavy acceleration. So I took the non fouler out and it read a bit more. I've tried warranting the sensors.

I've checked for leaks. Wiring. All that jazz. Now my tachometer is spazzing out too. Drops to 300 won't go steady. Jumps when accelerating and hangs up. Tried resetting the cluster. Still doing it. Idles rough. And the gas smells rich as hell

Ran a huge bottle of Lucas injector cleaner through it on an almost empty tank. And tried seafoam. I'm at a loss.

What kind of O2 sensors did you install. I've heard that our trucks burn out Bosch O2 sensors pretty quick for some reason. I don't know if theres any truth behind it or not...Most of the time, if the O2 sensor isn't off by that much, the computer won't throw a code unless it leans or riches out too much. The O2 sensors would make it run rough at idle, loss of power and run lean/rich. If you have a air/fuel ratio gauge handy...you could pull the O2 sensors out and hook them up and test them with carb cleaner. If it reads steady after 10 seconds or so, its good but if it leans out or riches out, then its a bad O2. I just hit 50,000 miles and I think I'm going to change mine to NGKs.

Where is the MAF on these trucks I have 110k miles probably wouldn't hurt to change it

But wait. I thought the hemi was speed density why would it have a MAF sensor

Could be a number of things. Could be the PCM which governs and controls the O2s and fuel overall. What cats are you using? What brand O2s? Did you replace them yet since they are suspect due to the codes?

Seems that most guys have a problem with Bosch sensors and the remedy was either going Mopar or NTK (who makes the Mopar ones)...

And Im always the odd one on this because I use the Bosch from Autozone for $25 each
