I normally have always stuck with either Sonys or Kenwoods previously. I had never heard of Dual and everywhere I looked had great reviews on this HU. Apparently, I didn't look in the right places! Well, I called their tech support and they are sending me out a new faceplate. They didn't give me a hassle at all about it. But I'm still thinking I might pick up the Kenwood KDC-BT952HD in a few months and swap them out. I guess that teaches me for not asking for this forums' opinion before buying! You live and learn!
