I switched to Mobil 1 5w30 at 3000miles and now change it every 4ooo miles. I figure oil is the life blood of your engine make sure it clean. They use 5w20 at my dealer but I'm not wild about 5w20 for one it looks like iced tea and just don't trust it yet.
Honda's use 5w20 to make gas mileage better and that's the only reason manufacturers are starting to use it.
