Default Running issue Ram 1500.

I've got a running issue that only shows up at around 30-40 mph as what seems to be a down shifting for the auto trans.Problem seems to be when the shift from3rd to 2nd. Shifts fine 0-the speed limit upshifting and at a steady speed above 40 mph. If the truck was a manual transmission I'd know or think I was lugging or in the wrong gear. There's no codes. Any ideas? Trying to keep from getting the shaft at the dealer. Thanks.

What model year is your truck? How many miles? What engine? 1500, 2500, or 3500? Trim level? 4x4 or 4x2? Etc., etc. Please provide additional details, as many as possible.
