1st of all Hello room, so i wanted to know I can get a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L hemi For $3500 Now I wanted to know is Its got high Kms 240xxxx and the may need a starter Can i get some yrs out of it ween it got high Km

Kinda depends on how well it's been maintained. For 3500 I'd probably do it and service everything the day I got it. Starter is easy to replace. Take it to a mechanic and have them look it over. They can give you a good idea of what needs to be done for around $50 usually.

Neglect and abuse on a low mileage truck, or high mileage with propper maintance, your paying for use of service, if the complete truck is in good shape than high miles for a lower price is nothing to fear if you know what your getting into.
