THANKS NDW13, Does the Rev limiter only cut the engine without a load? It only cut out in neuteral. When I drive the truck it will go to 5000 rpm without a problem... Runs real smooth. I don't have any red on my tac that shows redline. What is redline for a 3.7 V6?

 

If the engine is under a load then the 4k rev limiter is shut off...the redline is 6100. I first discovered this on the Jeep Libertys with 3.7 and an auto trans. Another reason I bought a five speed lol.

Here's my intake upgrade...notice I got rid of my resonator....MUCH MUCH better sound and power.
