Default Front End Squeeking. Please help!

I own a Dodge Ram 1500 and just recently the front end started squeeking as I drive. Even over the smallest bumps it still squeeks and its driving me crazy. I also feel like its not riding as smooth as before. I just don't want to take it into a dealership or a auto repair shop and get screwed for cost. I honestly don't know a lot about cars, but I am wanting to learn and do more things on my own. Any help is appreciated.

This is my first truck and I absolutely love my RAM!! Can't wait to get started and put some work into it myself.

Why not lift the hood and have someone stand and bounce on the bumper while you listen and try to locate?

As Weed says.....we need more information than what you have provided.
It could be anything from worn ball joints to rubber mounts to hubs etc.
Try to localise the source of the sound more and post up.

I'd start by looking at all the bushings. Probably responsible for over 80% of "squeeking" on trucks...

Its a 4x4. I went home last night and took a look at it and had a hard time determining where exactly the squeek was coming from. I'll give it another shot tonight and hopefully have more info tomorrow. Thanks for your help.

I had a friend help me out yesterday and it looks as though the front passanger suspension isn't working properly. The shaft that runs through the middle of the coil (sway bar) isn't locked into the cup on top of the coil. Its moving up and down when shaking the car. I've included a picture of what it looks like parked and you can easily see the rod sticking up higher than it should be.

Shock absorber needs replaced would be my guess since it ate the upper bushings.

Wouldn't hurt to check your ball joint's too. I had a terrible high pitched squeak, it was the driver side ball joint.
