I have a 2005 dodge ram1500 quad cab, and i recently have had the drivers side rear window and power lock quit working. now from the driver seat i can lock all the doors and control all windows except this one. The window would not go up or down. now the other day for some reason the window went down, and my 4 year old son thought that it should be the whole way down. now it wont' go back up, again. and still all other windows and locks will work but this one. didn't think it was just a motor because it being the lock not working as well. is there any other fuses or relays besides the one under the hood, that control each window and lock? any suggestions??

 

a lot of guys have issues with the main control on the drivers side door that gets broken solder joints and such

 

The window lock-out only affects the windows from what I've read. This sounds like some broken wiring in the left rear door harness. Is there a speaker in the door and does it work?

 

+1 on the broken wiring, i just had to fix my harness, every wire was cracked within the boot from the truck to the door.

 

What did you do to the harness wires to fix the prissue? My 02 has that issue.

 

I soldered and shrink tubed mine back together. A new harness for the door is on the order of $500 at the dealer
