Default 08 Caliper options?

I was looking for a noise in my front end today and while searching I found one of the rubber boots around the piston on my caliper had rubbed through and are now allowing moisture to get in there. So my question is, are there any better calipers I can mount up to get better braking? Or do I just go buy a stocker?

90% of the time when I am using my truck it is towing a trailer and 4 motorcycles so some better brakes would be great!

Edit: its a 1500

You could look into Brembo brakes like the SRT10 has. You might want to get new rotors though too

I literally just pulled both my front calipers off the truck, pulled the pistons out and rebuilt them with new seals. Not hard but you do need the right tools. Certainly far less than buying new calipers. I also took the time to powder coat mine myself.
