Yep I am new here and run my Dodge trucks 100% for work. After 100,00 miles the only thing I could brake on my '02 diesel 2500 is the hitch, and that was my fault for towing 13,000 lbs on the little class 4 hitch they put on. I have a 15,000 lbs hitch on now, but that little class 4 hitch must have 60,000 miles on it. The backhoe I tow is 10,000 lbs, and the trailer is 3000 lbs, so even empty I was running close to the hitch limit. My question is; Has anyone had a problem with a Dodge truck and auto gate openers? My Dodge seems to open and close them at will, and not mine. Once the gate is activated, the truck seems to take over the gate functions. Thanks, John
