Default A/C airflow issue

My 05 1500 doesn't blow out alot of air thru the vents when the A/C is on. Blower sounds like it's blowing alot of air......it just isn't coming out of the vents.

Could it be an in dash filter?

Do a search for broken blend doors as that is what your issue is

Figured out my issue of lack of airflow as due to the recirc door. It had broken off and was just laying on top of the blowing blocking airflow. Dropped the blower and was able to remove the broken door/flap thru the blower hole.

The A/C now blows hard enough thru the vents to blow your hat off.

Now my question is this......will not having the recirc door on at all cause any problems? I only bought the truck just over a week ago. No telling how long that door was broken off.

I plan to replace the door with a heater treater door once I obtain the funds to do so.
