shudder on take off

I have a shudder on take off while towing straight I have 4:11 limited slip auto trans 5.9 diesel 3500 dually Could it be u joints or trans?

I think you should pull the rear diff cover, inspect, change fluid and add the correct LSD friction modifier fluid amount.
