That is a new idea, never seen one done like that before.

I would cut off that extra long hanger on the muffler, they definitely should have done that for you. I would also check those welds too. Are you sure this is a good shop? Exhaust systems will hunt down bad welds very quickly.

Your truck sounds badass. And you must of known somebody at the muffler shop cause it's against the law to remove cats. Did you notice a big power gain? I bet you did.

Those videos were excellent. I love the flyby right over the camera. Truck sounds tough as hell. Very impressed.

Thanks for the comments all. Yes I do know the right people for the cats and such. I did notice a nice power gain as well. The welds are fine and holding together nicely. This is just a prototype for the hemi with an x-pipe. Once the final product is complete hes will be producing it with mufflers and cats, but for my personal setup i'll be keeping it like this once its complete.

Did you put in the O2 sensor replacements to keep the lights off the dash, or does the new Dodge not have these? I know on my 95 when I did true duals, no cats two 40 series flows and turndowns, it would kick off the check engine light about once every 5 months. Then on my 99 it would do it more often. The HP gain was retarded, but then when you are trying to force that much air through that honeycomb it is really a traffic jam.

It doesn't throw the CEL, the sensor was raised so its not in the direct heat. I've put about 250 miles with the system and its still running perfect.
