Default Changing my differential fluid right now ?

I'm changing my fluid and inspecting rear right now for the first time. So far I see two W clips both are in one is cracked. My question is is it normal to have some metal dust on the magnet?

Tiny tiny amounts. Replace the clips if they are cracked. In fact, replace the clips even if they aren't cracked. I assume this is an OEM LSD?

Actuall it is not cracked there is just a ridge on the side that at first looked like a crack. All four have the same ridge in the same spots. All four are in good shape
