Default 02 heat/ac issue

The heat and ac on my ram is acting funky and before I tear into the dash I want to verify what I'm thinking is bad.

My truck has dual zone heat/ac as well

Drivers side with the ac on gets freezing cold, pass side is cold but not anywhere close to the drivers side.

Checked my charge pressures, even evacuated the system and charged it by weight (same pressures as before I did that, imagine that!!!)

When I put it to heat, the drivers side blows out Luke warm heat (higher ambient temps will result me a higher vent temp, but when it's cold, say 30, the air is barely warm.)

The pass. Side of the truck is blowing out insanely hot air.

Truck doesn't over heat, full on the cooling system (which is all new anyways). Also when I move the selectors on either side you do feel the air coming out change in temp as well.

I'm thinking it's the blend doors but nothing online has given me this exact situation that I have read to say this is what to go for.
