They have Higer CR, forged Crank, The cams and very small differences in the head design but for the mast part they are the same.
If you want to spend your money on cams get the 206 cams... it will make your 4.7L more powerfull than the H/O with the 206's alone... add the FAST MAN ported heads and your going to make some real power!
