Default rough idle, no power

hey guys, i have an 02 dodge ram 4.7 4x4. yesterday truck wouldnt start and check engine light came on once started. I had 4 coil packs go bad and a misfire on a cylinder that had a bad coil pack. Today, i replaced the bad coil packs and all of the spark plugs and it still is running rough w/ not much power. when i test drive it, it dies when i come to a stop. so i decided to check the fuel injectors with an ohm meter, set on 200 ohms

now, i dont know what these results mean as i cant find any info as to what the resistance is supposed to be, but it seems as they might play a small part in whats going on. any info would be great...thanks for your time.

Welcome to the site. try downloading the service manual from the link in my signature and use it to test and ohm out the ignition wires. They will give tolerances in the manual
