Default torque management control problem

Throwing a p1793 torque management control problem. Only effects me when I get on it on the highway. No other dtc's and no check engine light. Anyone know the best way to fix this problem or what to look for. I am not an electric guy and was told to check the the grounding of that wire. Is it possible for me my 2002 Ram 4.7 to clipped the 10 wire yellow with green stripe to disable tmc. Thanks.

I pulled the wire from the TCM and will see what happens when I reset PCM. Wire looks fine as far as connections go to pcm and tcm so I am going to take a shot in the dark and replace my tcm because I want to actually fix the problem. I just hope this trick works so I can actually drive truck down the highway.
