Default LED Tail Light Wiring

I recently put niteshade on my tail lights of my 2006 Dodge Ram QC. I decided to go ahead and purchase LED bulbs to replace my stock bulbs. The salesman insisted that I needed to buy "equalizers" to remedy the fast turn signals. The problem is, I have no idea which wire is the ground or the tail/turn signal, which is what I have to splice the equalizers into. Help please!

Look in my signature and click on the link to download the Service Manual. Download it and go to the electrical section and look for the pin in/out and find yours tail light plug and it will tell you exactly what color wire you want for power/ground

thanks man, I'm pretty sure I have it hooked up the way it says, but I'll double-check. If I have it hooked up correctly, do you have any idea as to why it would be still fast blinking?
