HELP!!! Rough idle & stalling STILL!
so last sat I was on the way to the beach in my 03 5.7, noticed on highway it was a little sluggish but I had a bed full of coolers and tents. Anyways I get of highway and when i came to a stop the rpms started to jump and truck died, started right back up drove 50 yards and died again. I let sit for 10 min turned of AC and radio and drove about a mile to the beach. I made it but it would hesitate and bog until it got over 2,000 rpm and if I turn on ac the voltage gauge drops to about a quarter and then truck dies. Now here is the kicker I took truck to dodge they replaced the" bell crank sensor" and took throttle body off cleaned it and replaced gasket. I paid 50 bucks to have this bell crank sensor overnighted from Texas , got truck back and ran GREAT. So I didn't feel so bad about paying stealership prices, better throttle response quicker acceleration smooth idle, perfect! 24 HOURS LATER THE TRUCK STARTED DOING THE SAME THING, this time even started crapping out while driving! Dropped it of at dodge that night went in next day of course it was sat and they only had one tech so they gave me a rental car and said they don't know how long they will have the truck and it's still throwing a code for the bell crank sensor even though it was brand new, I also checked the codes and it gave me p0132 or p032 I cant remember but I looked it up and said 02 sensor. Anyone have experience on this that can help please let me know.

O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
As I am working for some weeks on some O2 issue I know some of the syntoms. So if the O2 is giving bad data to the PCM, the egine will run sluggish. I am sure the guys disconnect the battery so the fuel trim data is reset, so after getting the truck back from the shop everything was on factory setting. After some miles the bad data of the O2 sensor kicked in and here we go again.

I had these exact same problems just 2 weeks ago. Ended up being a bad negative battery terminal. I cut the stock one off, went to Auto Zone and bought a new terminal and 2 new cables. I replaced the ground wire that goes to the block and the one that goes to the frame, and installed the new terminal. All problems stopped and truck went back to 100%. Might want to check it out.
Ended up costing me around $20 and like 30 mins of my time.
Edit: I was also throwing the o2 sensor code. I did replace that as well.

yeesh, fuel pump? That seems to hardly ever be the problem. How many miles on your truck? Seems unlikely. Usually those don't go unless you run around with next to no gas in your tank all the time. Of course it could have went, one time events don't have to follow any specific general trend. You know what they say though, if you see hoofprints, it's probably a horse, not a zebra. What's the horse in this case? Not sure, but i'd check out all the other suggestions given here. Good luck in any case, it's frustrating as heck having a truck that's not operating as it's supposed to.
