Default Coil pack removal

I'm trying to change the plugs on my truck, its a 2003 4.7.

My question is this: The nut that holds the coil pack down is frozen to the stud. What happens if I pull the stud all the way out?

Spritz it with PB Blaster or WD-40 and let it sit for a while.

Um, yeah, it did. PB Blaster will free up the frozen nut. I just used it to free up the rusted-out hardware on a sixteen-year-old mailbox.

He is asking what is the nut pulls out of the valve cover.

If it does you either replace the VC and JB weld it back in place
