has anyone replaced a head with an aftermarket one. $319 compared to $900 at dealer.

Those heads you have listed are still OEM, they are just refurbed or reconditioned.

Are those Inertia BVH worth it. Spent a good hour on the website the other night looking at all the options. Dreamed alot but need to be realistic.

I just want efficency out of my vehicle, not all the extra power. Do those heads/cranks provide that with out dyno tuning? ( SC of course)

I would look at this place. http://www.aluminumcylinderhead.com/core_info.htm Most heads go for $199. I have ordered two heads from them before for other cars I have worked on and they seemed to be good. I have had no problems on the cars I fixed and both cars have put at least 25,000 miles since then.
