Default 2004 Ram 1500 4.7L Performance mods?

I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7l v8 with a 5 speed Manuel Transmission.
Currently this is what I have installed:
K&N Cold Air Intake: Model # 57-1529
Superchips 3865 Flashpaq Programmer
TheFastman Bored Throttle Body at 68.50mm
Magnoflow Muffle Swap

I'm looking for some more possible upgrades to get more out of my truck. I'm trying to get the best performance for towing rather more so than track speed. But like most, I do like the power to go fast!
One of my biggest questions... Is it worth getting a full Cat back system since I already have an aftermarket muffler? I got quoted $450 for a Magnaflow or Flowmaster Cat back system at my local muffler shop. Willing to spend the money if it will make the difference.

What other mods do you guys suggest? I don't want to get crazy and spend thousands but willing to spend some more!

Please Help!
Thanks
Brian

By you changing 3 more feet of pipe to another brand name wont open up any more HP even if you get bigger than stock pipe. You can do all kinds of small upgrades, but the real power is inside the motor. Cam would be a good start.

Is there cams you recommend for my truck? I see AirRam has H/O Camshafts for my truck but out of stock right now.

Im not up on all the science behind the cam but ive heard good things about airram. Remember you have to have a programmer to fix the timing and maybe a couple of other things for prevenative measures

When you start changing cams and other internal parts you be looking to a custom tune for your truck to run right

I see that AirRam Has 2011- 4.7L INTAKE MANIFOLD - FACTORY REPLACEMENT - (99-07 4.7L UPGRADE).
Does anybody know if this is worth the money? I guess the new 4.7l has more off a High output intake Manifold than earlier years. Just wondering if Actually gains are noticeable?
