Hello all, this is my first post, so I hope i'm in the right area. Here's my problem, This morning after running an erron, i jump in the truck to return home and had a bunch of trouble trying to get it started, first bit of trouble ever. What it does.... it will start fine IF you are not on the brake in park and neutral. as soon as you apple the brake it dies. Start in neutral and move into drive with no problems, but move from neutral to reverse and it dies. Picked up a code reader with no code on memory on engine or tranny. Try loading down alt at idle with lights, fan, power window and seats at idle with no problem. But touch the brake and dies right away. go from neural to reverse and dies. When I drove it home i noticed that it is lacking power and not down shifting hard when floored. Had to restart at every light and stop sign in neutral and shift to drive to keep moving. Sitting at idle it idles fine and revs up normal, just can't touch the brake or shift to reverse

 

Try cleaning your throttle body and intake air sensor. Also, pull rubber hose off the brake booster canister that sits on the firewall driver side while its running and see if it has vacuum pressure.
