Default Opening up the head light assembly

I found threads on removing the head light assembly, but I was wondering if it is possible to open the head light assembly up? I have a rock or something hit my head light and the orange reflector behind the head light cover got chipped and broken off. The physical head light cover is fine though. I'm trying to find out how to open this so I can get the loose chunk out, and just remove the rest of the reflector. My truck is an 06, and I added a pic of the damage, thanks fellas!

Thanks Dead, I appreciate it. Not really wanting to heat my lights in the oven, but I guess I have to do what I have to do haha.

I put mine in the over at 350 for 15 mins or 400 for 10 and never had an issue.

You can also use a heat gun
