Default engine trouble

At local garage head gasket replaced on 05 ram 1500 4.7l. ran five days then engine failed due to lube failure in valves, busted the saddles on shaft passenger side only. back at the garage now. Whose fault is this? can i trust the engine after repair?

Sounds like you had a sludge problem which is seperate from a headgasket issue. Although, coolant in the oil would generally require an engine flush of some kind.
Since you didn't pay for an engine flush, and merely a gasket change and the gasket didn't fail...I'd say your on your own and you should choose a different garage. One that will take care of your truck better with a keener eye for preventative and proper maintenance.
Unless they screwed with the valves or something... maybe someone else will chime in.
