can you guys tell me if part #23158 i can use on all 4 sensors, or do i need to get #23159? The first ones say downstream only, while the others don't. It would save me $20 lol

Not easy to say with that code... but I would start with Upstream (PRE-CAT) because you aren't throwing a code for Cat Converter Efficiency... so buy the up-stream ones first.

Happy Hunting

YOU CAN NOT SWITCH THE UPSTREAM SENSOR WITH THE DOWN STREAM! You will waste your money, Check rockauto they tend to be cheaper. Make sure you buy NTK, NGK. Or you could possibly run into more problems

I called a dealer and they told me that all 4 were the same sensor, and I think that is what is the deal with the rockauto #23159.

Just called again to check. He said there are 4 O2 sensors for my truck, 2008 hemi, and they are all the same part number. Just for anyone looking at RockAuto. So looks like #23159 is correct

Yeah we know that there are 4, but if im not mistaken the Upstream sensor is a little bit different then the downstreams.
I know for sure they are in my 03 but than again i only have 2.

But the Chevy silverado i just replaced o2s on was universal, same story with a Ford.

According to rockauto, that part #23159 should be good for all four sensors. I would recommend doing all 4 at once too, even if the others aren't "bad", it's a relative thing, replace one and all the sudden the difference makes the others read worse and throw a code. I've seen it happen multiple times, just do em all if you're doing em.

P0300? Check the two short ground straps that ground the valve cover to the head stud. They are under the plug wires for cylinders 3/5 and 4/6. Just repaired my passenger side ground strap last night (steel connector? C'mon Chrysler...) and it cleared my P0300 misfire plus the resultant P0132 O2 code. So far at least.

Just an easy thing to check. I suspect that the lack of valve cover ground was interfering with the operation of the coils since they probably need to be grounded. My misfire and codes were primarily at idle ... somehow at higher RPM the coils found a good ground.

(Fyi I also replaced my EGR preventatively while I had everything apart, so that could have been the fix, but I can't imagine how)

I don't have wires as I have an 08, we have coil packs. Is this the same deal though? Thanks for the help guys, as soon as I get another paycheck or 2, I will be ordering these and letting you know how it goes.
