Default 06 2500: All Sorts of PROBLEMS!

First off hello! Im a new member but have been using this forum to fix problems for years!

Ok down to business- I have an 06 quad cab 2500 3/4 ton diesel. 5.9L 4x4. tires are 315's stock rims. My truck seems to be going to crap lately.
1st problem: extreme vibration through out the whole vehicle at speeds 50+. Have had tires balanced and rotated and everything and it didnt fix the problem. This is not the death wobble. Cannot for the life of me figure out what the problem is.
2nd problem: When im driving, i can feel bumps and noise clunking in the steering wheel and foot pedals. took it to the shop, and they cant figure out what the deal is either.
3rd problem: as of today i can hear/feel and pop when i turn. Yet again, no clue whats causing this.

116k miles, stock shocks, super chip turned to high performance, AFE intake. Anything else you need to know to help diagnose these problems? Please give me your advice and tips and information you have! Thank you very much guys!

Maybe your shocks need replacing and is causing vibration. I have the same truck except with the Hemi. I too have the vibration in the wheel and pedals. I believe it is caused by the vibration in the steering shaft and the box. Borgeson makes a new shaft and many offroad places make a brace for the steering box. Hope this helps and when you finally figure out the problems, please keep us informed. Good luck Bad Boar.

P.S. Oh, and as far as the pop goes when you turn, check the bushings on the sway bar links and the tightness of the nuts.

I replaced the steering shaft and I have an aftermarket brace for the steering box. Maybe it is my shocks. I'm going to try and replace them in the very near future

Balljoints and sometimes hubs will cause a popping noise.
Hubs for sure can cause a vibration at 50+. Since you are running 35's I would suspect that.

check all the u-joints in the drive lines and axles----I would lay odds you'll find it there, especially if they haven't been replaced yet
