I responded to an old thread. For Evap, first check the gas cap make sure it is fully on. Then check all hoses and connections. If nothing looks bad it would probably be best to get an smoke test to find the problem.

if you search for those codes on here you will find a few threads that have solutions to that problem 
the hoses you are talking about are hooked up to the NVLD Pump.
