3500 Brake Upgrade

Hey Everyone,
I have a 2006 Ram 3500 Mega Cab w/ 5.9L. I am looking to upgrade the brakes on it from Stock. I want a full upgrade, Calipers and all. I have contacted Baer Brakes, but they do not make a full brake upgrade for my truck.
Has anyone ever done this kind of upgrade on a 3500? if so, what did you do and use???
