hello im new to this form
recently i blew my 4.7 in my 2003 cracked the block
i just ordered a remanned motor and im looking for some quick easy mods while the motor is out.
headers, fastman TB? what do you think?

 

Ahhh... Shouldve bought a hemi to swap... Some lt headers would help, i wouldnt waste your money on a new tb.

 

Headers, Tb is ok nothing special, CAI, and Programmer.

 

i have a CAI, i was looking at the gibson headers on airram but i read that the stock manifold do well compaired to shorties, what a good turner? there hard to come by now since the 5.7 and now that the trucks almost 10 years old.

i also did the 5.7 but to much work for me and i need the truck soon for the winter

 

Haed to come by.... psssh i bought and sold mine on Craigslist in less than a week. Beware of locked Programmers tho, Super Chips gets all the rave.
BTW since you have a 4.7 the money you spend on a Programmer is worth more than a 5.7 with a programmer because your truck will get at least 30-40 more HP as a 5.7 would only see 15 HP gains.

LONG TUBE Headers if your going to spend the money, shorties are fine but after you put them on you may want longtubes lol
