07 Dodge 2500 Lights Problem
I have an '07 Dodge 2500 with diesel...the tail lights, rear cab running lights, and both doors courtesy lights are not working. I checked the fuses and all are good.
My question is this...does the control module control this function? If so, is there a problem with using the license plate light circuit for this function since that is working?

If you mean splicing into the plate lights to power the taillights I'm pretty sure they already branch off that circuit, maybe not in your 07. I would advise against doing it if it's not. The tipm will probably read it as too high a draw on that circuit and eventually shut it down. Go over your grounds too.
No will, op asked about using plate light circuit... He was vague but I think he was asking about powering tail lights with it.

i beleave they are all controlled by the tipm totaly integrated power module and no i would not hook them to the licence plate lights as it will more then likly cause more issue's by added more loads/resistence to that circuit
