Default bad random misfire

2004 dodge ram 1500 90K
so a few days ago my truck began shuttering around 1300-1900 rpm when cold. It would start up fine idle perfect but after driving it a couple hundred feet this began. After 2000 rpm it ran mint. Its getting worse everyday, seems to just be when its cold but does it alittile when it comes up in temp. It really dosent seem to have much issue idleing. The problem still seems to completley clear after 2000rpm. I havent done plugs on it yet but am now planning to, but i dont believe thats the simple fix. Its giving me a p0300(random misfire) it had an o2 sensor high circuit voltage code, and also p2096. Im pretty stumped here i was hoping it would pop another code for something to cause this but hasnt yet and it seems to run worse each passing day. Also what is recommended for type of plug for replacment and how hard is it to get the plug near the booster? thanks for any help possible.

had those same symptoms, on my truck just recently, it threw the p0300 but not the other codes, did they all come on at the same time? I replaced 2 spark plugs and 2 coils and everything went back to normal. I've read the p0300 code can mean alot of things though especially if with an 02 code

If the o2 sensor code dosent come back i would rule out o2, not completly but for the most part.
Are you losing water?

Default Random Misfire

I had a similar issue with my 04 Ram 1500 too. I replaced all of the plugs and wires and the problem still persisted. The I remembered the time that my EGR valve stuck and caused my truck to idle rough.
So, I replaced the EGR and then found that one of my O2 sensors was now setting a code. I replaced the left bank O2 sensor this spring and now the right bank sensor had failed. After replacing the the bad sensor my truck ran perfectly.
I am not sure if the EGR was part of the problem. But, the combination of EGR and the bad O2 sensor were the culprit in my random misfire issue.
