Default Hemi shuts off when cold

I have a 2006 Megacab Hemi auto trans that occasionally shuts off when the engine is cold. It doesn't happen all the time, and only when the engine had been running less than 3 or 4 minutes.I am thinking the EGR valve is bad, any other suggestions? If not, has anyone replaced replaced one yet?

Any CEL on? Have you check for any codes?

When you say it shuts off, does it just stall? Or is it like someone's turning the key off (losing ignition)?

No cel lights, nothing in the computer. When it shuts off it is a stall, everything else works, just no go. Put it in park, it generally starts right up. Every once in a great while it is a hard start, cranks a few seconds longer, but it always starts. O2 sensors test good through the computer too, no out of the ordinary odors form the exhaust, and none from the intake.

I know it might sound silly but have you properly checked the level of the trans fluid? It it is low, sometimes it will cause a stall like that.

I checked the trans fluid this morning. The level looks fine, though I know it is need of flushing due to mileage. It looks good on the dipstick, nice and pink, no unusual odors there either.
