RPM's bouncing

That was my question as well. Can you feel the truck surging when the gauge is bouncing? Could just be a gauge problem.

Exactly. This info would be good to know.
The OP said when he Re-grounded the Tb that it "helped" so im guessing the RPMs bounce with no surge to the motor at all

The engine is reacting with the RPM's. So something in the truck is telling the RPM's to increase. There has to be some fault in the system somewhere. It seems like there is something in the firing system or the fuel system. Not sure. To ask the question about if it has always done this... It has done this for the last 2 years. It did not do this when I bought the truck new, this is the reason I know something is wrong.

Of course something is wrong your RPMs are supposed to be staedy

I dont think the TPS is removable on HEMI
