I installed my flex a lite 183 a few days ago everything is hooked up right per directions minus wiring it in to my a/c. i have my constant power and ground running to battery and my acc. tapped into my fuse box in the cig lighter which i tested for power with the key off had none and key on 12v. the first couple days it ran flawlessly. Today i was driving on post like i have been for the last few days and my temp got up to 230+ and the damn fan didnt kick on. stopped the truck turned it off about a minute later the fan kicked on and ran for about 30 sec max. I have tried adjusting the temp controller on the vsc and it wont do squat. called flexalite they had me do a resistance check on my temp probe everything good there. he said he would send me a new vsc. anyone ever have this problem? or anyone have any ideas what to try.
