Did you take the connections for battery, and grounds apart and clean them? Or just look at them? Cleaning and reseating stuff sometimes will fix things like this. Make sure they are good and tight too. May want to get a second opinion on batt and alt. Other than that and that point in the thread I posted, not sure what else to tell you. Could try reseating fuses.
