Get some Brake Cleaner Spray (aerosol can) and spray it in spurts along the vacuum lines, if the engine stalls or shudders worse than usual where you spray it you have found a vacuum leak, which may be the next culprit here.
KEEP THE BRAKE CLEANER SPRAY AWAY FROM ALL SENSORS and do not spray it at the air filter.
That is the next step in your troubleshooting now that you know the plugs are good.
Also did you replace the ignition wires along with the plugs? or did you just do plugs?
If you just did plugs then you should get a reliable (fluke is my favorite brand) electrical tester and check the resistance from tip to tip of each ignition wire (pull each one off at each end and then test it) one by one.
They should all be within about 1-2 ohms of each other if one is WAYYYYY different you have a bad plug wire, which may also be the cause of your problem.
But from the sounds of what you are experiencing I would have to say it is still most likely a vacuum problem or [as I've said a million times now] a bad main ground.
By convention I like to take my grounds off and clean them and the surface they mount to at least once a year (usually right after the winter) to get all of the salt and rust and crud off of them.
Give those three things one last shot and see what happens.

Like i said its nice to "Have" to get the cheapest plugs and even better that we can 16 for under 40 and some have to spend 80 for half the plugs.
