Black headlights on ebay - will they fit?
I'm shopping around for some black headlight housings, but all the ones on ebay say they will not fit a truck that has the amber bar on the bottom of the stock headlight, which my truck has. I'm sure someone else has ran into this. The black housings look like they'll fit just fine, so I'm confused. Can someone clarify?
Here's the ones I've looked at so far...

Anyone have any of these installed on their truck?

06-08 DODGE RAM (ONLY FIT STOCK HEADLIGHTS W/O AMBER COLORED BAR MODELS)
If this is the case, couldn't I just take the amber strip's bulb out and install the black housings?
I have an 06 and those lights will work.
The seller is just covering his butt cuz the little light that goes in the amber strip socket won't fit on the new lights.
If you look at the back of the lights your buying you can see a boss where that little light would have gone.
Just tie ithem off or better yet use them to power a light strip or some led's.
