No not for my truck. I just want it to pull someone out during winter.

I might just get a recovery straps and wrap around my hitch. I'll figure it out guys.

Okay, so then you'll have to get something that is capable of pulling at least the weight of the vehicle you want to pull out.

Average Sedan weighs approximately 3,500# so that can be your starting point.
