Default rattle sounds at 40-45mph

Alright guys. I hope im posting in the right place here.

My girlfriends truck (2003 dodge ram 1500 4.7liter) is making this nasty rattle sounds at 40-45mph.
It almost sounds like rocks in a can.
The second i break and im going 39mph or just cruising at 39mph is gone or if i step on it and start going 46mph it stops.
I cant figure it out and it seems like alot of people have this going on with different cars.
Hopefully i can get some help here.
thanks in advance

Its not the breaks or tires just had the tires replaced and it was doing it before this.
she had an aliment about 6 months ago and this just started about 3 months ago.
New struts and ujoints. as of about 8 months ago.

Sounds like s possible wheel bearing going/gone bad or a rearend going out, but I'm no mechanic.
